Neil Boister

Non-Resident Fellow, Transnational Criminal Law and Organized Crime

Professor Neil Boister is Professor of Law at the University of Waikato, New Zealand. He is the author of An Introduction to Transnational Criminal Law (OUP, 2012) and editor of The Routledge Handbook of Transnational Criminal Law, with Robert Currie (Routledge, 2014). In 2014, Prof. Boister received the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel Research Award from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Germany, for pioneering work in transnational criminal law.  He has acted as an expert adviser to the Framework Convention Alliance on Tobacco Control.
