This E-Discussion sheds the light on both “Education, Employment and Future Skills“. The themes that will be discussed during the discussion are the following:

· Employment and education need in the future will be different from today’s, how do you design educational systems that are both adaptive to changing needs and inclusive of all citizens?

· Education systems today will not be fit for purpose in the future. The need for new ever-changing skillsets and requirement for employment in the future requires paradigm shifts in the education industry. What are these paradigms? How do we design the school of the future?
