TRENDS Research & Advisory is organizing a Forum – Think Tank Talent for the Future – to be held on July 27-28, 2021, in Al-Multaqa Ballroom, Dubai World Trade Center. The Forum will be jointly hosted by TRENDS Research & Advisory and the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program (TTCSP) at the Lauder Institute, University of Pennsylvania.

The event will provide a platform for think tanks worldwide to discuss the strategic and operational challenges they face in recruiting and retaining talent for their organizations. A key objective of the Forum is to assess effective strategies that could help think tanks identify and nurture the next generation of young researchers and thought leaders.

As think tanks face increasing competition for influence from consulting, law, and public relations firms, the Forum will outline the vision, resources, and cutting-edge technologies needed for organizations to thrive in today’s vibrant marketplace of ideas and policy advice.
