Deya’ has several years of experience managing key elements of international programs focused on marginalized youth’s educational opportunities. She served as the Director of Donor Relations for AMIDEAST and as the Director of Development and Student Affairs for The Hope Fund.
At the Leonard Education Organization (LE•O), she created sustainable programs to ensure students’ success in future leadership roles and fulfill their true potential. Deya’ spent her childhood in Lebanon and received primary education in England.
Deya’ studied Linguistics and Education at Hampshire College, Massachusetts. She is on the Board of Challenge to Change: Enabling Arab Women to Transform Challenges into Positive Change Opportunities.
