Dr. Bleddyn Bowen

Dr. Bleddyn Bowen is a lecturer in International Relations at the University of Leicester and the author of War in Space: Strategy, Spacepower, Geopolitics, published by Edinburgh University Press. He is an academic expert in space warfare and space policy and has previously appeared before the UK House of Commons Brexit and Defense select committees on space policy.
