Jill Horowitz is the Executive Director of Strategic Operations at the Vaccine Center, Rockefeller University, in New York City. She has served as a product reviewer at the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and in positions of increasing responsibility in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector at Wyeth, Novartis, and Pfizer. Her products include FluMist, Dulera, and an investigational stage vaccine against RSV and PIV. Horowitz completed her Ph.D. at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, USA, and postdoctoral studies at the National Institutes of Health, USA.
