Aigul graduated from al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Computer Science in 2008, has PhD degree. Work experience includes positions of tutor of the Department of Computing Engineering and Software (Kazakh-British Technical University), Director of the Department of Academic Affairs (al-Farabi Kazakh National University), Deputy Director (National Institute of Professional Development), Chief Expert (Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan),
Director of the Department of Continuing Education (Nazarbayev University). Now she is a Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
