The agreement will ensure greater cooperation in the space economy, space exploration, the space sector’s role in supporting sustainable development, and the knowledge economy
ABU DHABI, November 4 – TRENDS Research & Advisory has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Sadeem Astronomy to enhance research cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
The agreement will ensure greater cooperation in the space economy, space exploration, the space sector’s role in supporting sustainable development, and the knowledge economy. The partnership scope also includes the joint organization of workshops, seminars, and conferences related to these subjects.
Mr. Ahmad Al-Astad, Scientific Advisor at TRENDS Research & Advisory, said the signing of the MoU is part of TRENDS’ drive to enhance partnerships with various research centers. “We are keen to strengthen cooperation in areas that serve sustainable development,” he said.
Mr. Al-Astad said that the agreement with Al-Sadeem is consistent with TRENDS Research & Advisory’s philosophy, which focuses on areas that support the knowledge economy. “Knowledge economy has become a priority for many countries due to the increasing uses of the outer space and its applications to improve the quality of human life on earth,” he said.
He emphasized that investment in space economy has become a trend with major powers following studies that suggest that many planets close to earth have rich mineral reserves, which are used in advanced technology industries.
