She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Fenix Global Consulting LLC, where she leverages her deep understanding of global threats and defense markets to provide strategic advisory and consulting services. Monique has held pivotal roles in various prestigious organizations, including Regional Director for Israel and Europe at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Director of International Strategy & Business Development for General Atomics. Before transitioning to the private sector, Monique dedicated 13 years to civil service, working in intelligence operations, security assistance, and leading various international and multinational defense initiatives.
