Kerenza Mann

Kerenza specializes in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) with extensive experience in FMS policy, case writing, development, and execution. She is an Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE) FMS Instructor and Course Developer for ASRC Federal supporting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports & Cooperation. Passionate about FMS education and skill development, she creates and delivers impactful training programs that enhance the capabilities of the ASAE workforce and global allies. Prior to joining the ASAE Instructor team, she served as an in-house FMS subject matter expert at the Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture Project Office, reforming their FMS operations. Kerenza also supported the Aviation and Missile Command Security Assistance Management Directorate, where she managed complex Army aviation cases and programs. Her work has been integral in fostering strong international defense relationships through the successful sale and implementation of Army Aviation platforms to foreign partners.
