TRENDS’ participation, led by its Al Ain office, comes as part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its role as a research and knowledge institution that contributes to cultural and intellectual awareness, promotes an academic research culture within the UAE community, and reinforces the connection between academic thought and the broader cultural landscape.
During the festival, TRENDS will showcase a selection of its latest publications in both Arabic and English, covering key political, economic, social, and intellectual issues at the local and global levels. The center will also present a series of publications tailored to youth audiences, designed to enhance critical thinking skills and foster knowledge that is future oriented.
As part of the festival’s program, TRENDS is organizing open dialogue sessions featuring a group of distinguished researchers and experts. These sessions highlight the role of scientific research in supporting creative industries and in strengthening the interaction between thought, culture, and media, thereby advancing sustainable development.
