TRENDS Research & Advisory is participating, as a knowledge partner, in the second edition of the UAE Agricultural Conference and Exhibition 2026, organized by the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court. The event will take place at ADNEC Al Ain from April 22 to 26.
This partnership falls within efforts to enhance sustainable food security and to transform climate challenges into development opportunities through the application of scientific research and innovation.
As a knowledge partner, TRENDS will provide academic and research support to more than 40 panel sessions, bringing together a distinguished group of experts and specialists to help shape a future roadmap for the agricultural sector in the UAE.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, emphasized the importance of this event as a sovereign platform that brings together technology and scientific research to support local production. He noted that TRENDS’ selection as a knowledge partner reflects the central role of rigorous scientific research in shaping effective agricultural policies. He also highlighted that the accelerating pace of climate and geopolitical changes makes strengthening food security a strategic necessity for national security.
Dr. Al Ali added that, through its participation, TRENDS aims to provide forward-looking insights and in-depth analysis to support the transition toward smart agriculture and the integration of artificial intelligence across the food value chain. This, in turn, will empower Emirati farmers and young innovators with the knowledge and data needed to build a resilient and sustainable agricultural ecosystem capable of growth and prosperity.
It is worth noting that this year’s conference will feature broad participation, including more than 50 speakers and 200 Emirati farmers, as well as strong governmental, academic, and international representation, further reinforcing the UAE’s position as a leading global model of agricultural sustainability.
