TRENDS Research & Advisory has once again distinguished itself by securing the “ISO 9001:2015” recertification from the International Organization for Standardization, marking the fifth consecutive year of this accomplishment. This exceptional feat highlights the Center’s unwavering commitment to excellence in research and advisory services across diverse areas, including studies, exhibitions, publishing, training, event management, and the implementation of modern administrative systems.
This new recertification reaffirms TRENDS’ capability to deliver services that align with community needs and regulatory standards. It also underscores TRENDS’ dedication to effectively applying these systems, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and quality processes.
The certificate, valid until February 2026, supplements prior certifications acquired in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Aligned with quality management principles and international standards, it evaluates the efficiency of administrative policies and the excellence of services provided across training, research, and advisory sectors.
Dr. Mohammad Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, reaffirmed the Center’s dedication to institutional development, aiming to empower and enhance the skills of young Emirati researchers. He expressed his contentment with TRENDS’ acquisition of this international certification.
