Erdem Ozan

Erdem Ozan is an experienced diplomat with 27 years of distinguished service. He has held several prominent positions, including his most recent role as Ambassador to Jordan, along with postings in the UAE, Austria, France, and Nigeria.

Born in Izmir in 1975, he graduated with honors from Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Science.

Throughout his career, Erdem Ozan has focused on conflict prevention, management, and post-conflict rehabilitation globally. He has gained extensive knowledge of the political, social, and economic landscapes in the Middle East, analyzing the complexities of the Syrian and Palestinian conflicts, including their humanitarian aspects and geopolitical implications.

He has been also involved in multilateral diplomacy, specializing in human rights and regional political developments. His contributions include recommendations aimed at fostering peace and stability through dialogue and negotiation in collaboration with NGOs and international organizations.

Currently, he is pursuing further studies in the Middle East while working as a consultant.
