Ani Avagyan is a transportation engineering expert and academic with extensive experience in traffic safety, sustainable transportation systems, and logistics. She hold a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering and have spent over a decade in higher education and research, most notably at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia. She have served as Associate Professor and Deputy Director of Science and International Relations, leading international collaborations and contributing to curriculum development and research strategy.

  Ani Avagyan have authored more than 22 scientific publications and hold a patent related to automotive technologies. Her research interests focus on road traffic organization, the environmental impacts of transport, and regional mobility solutions. She have participated in multiple programs and presented at international conferences across Europe and Asia. Currently based in Dubai, she continue to engage in interdisciplinary research, policy development, and innovation in transport and mobility systems.
