Rachele Bandama is a Law student at the University of Como. Her academic background encompasses studies in the humanities, including pedagogy, psychology, sociology, and anthropology. She is currently enrolled in the “Linguistic and International” track with a specialization in “Cooperation and Development,” which focuses on globalization, international cooperation, and cultural pluralism. Her coursework and research have also addressed legal informatics, cultural anthropology, and religious law. Her research investigates the monopoly exercised by Big Tech companies over artificial intelligence and its implications for fair competition and innovation.
