TRENDS Research & Advisory joins the world in celebrating World Humanitarian Day 2024, recognizing that humanitarian work is a duty and a fundamental value that must be promoted to support efforts to help those in need everywhere.
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, stated that World Humanitarian Day, marked by the United Nations General Assembly on August 19 each year, represents a global and annual message to uphold the values of giving. It also serves as an opportunity to promote the values of tolerance and human fraternity.

Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali noted that this day is an occasion to renew the commitment to enhancing international cooperation in humanitarian work. “Today’s challenges require concerted efforts and unified visions among all nations and peoples. He added that humanitarian work in the UAE has become global, reflecting the country’s deep-rooted belief in human values and international solidarity,” he said.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Ali explained that TRENDS Research & Advisory has contributed and will continue to promote and highlight the values of giving and humanitarian work through various studies, publications, activities, and events.
He emphasized that TRENDS places particular importance on humanitarian work, considering it a form of soft power and an innovative, authentic approach that achieves well-being and stability while providing many people with a dignified life.
