TRENDS Research & Advisory is participating as a supporting partner in the GPF Global, hosted for the first time in Abu Dhabi at the Abu Dhabi Energy Center on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Following a series of successful editions in Vienna, Austria, the festival continues its global journey to advance sustainability, climate action, and the green economy.
GPF Global is one of the leading international events dedicated to promoting climate action and sustainable development innovation. It brings together thought leaders, international experts, policymakers, research institutions, and startups from around the world to exchange expertise and showcase innovative solutions to the environmental and economic challenges associated with climate change.
As part of TRENDS’ participation, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, will deliver a keynote address highlighting the importance of knowledge and academic research as key drivers of the green transition and international cooperation on climate issues. His address will also underscore the pivotal role of think tanks in shaping effective environmental policies and guiding public awareness toward more sustainable and responsible behavior.
TRENDS will maintain its active presence throughout the festival agenda by organizing and moderating several panel discussions and dialogue sessions addressing key issues in sustainable development. Abrar Mohamed Al-Ali, Researcher and Opinion Poll Specialist at TRENDS Research & Advisory, will serve as the festival’s master of ceremonies, while Latifa Al-Jneibi, Researcher and Partnerships Specialist at TRENDS, will moderate a panel discussion titled “Green Real Estate Horizons.” The discussion will explore the future of sustainable cities, the importance of innovation in developing eco-friendly infrastructure, and global best practices in advancing green urban transformation.
Moreover, TRENDS researcher Najla Al-Midfa will moderate a panel discussion titled “Green Transformation from Different Sector Perspectives,” featuring distinguished leaders and experts from the energy, agriculture, technology, and finance sectors. The discussion will explore ways to accelerate the green transition through public–private collaboration and aligning environmental policies with national and global economic strategies.
