Dr. Nasser Abdullatif Al Hammadi, Head of International Relations and Partnerships at the UAE Space Agency, has more than 25 years of international and diplomatic experience in the fields of telecommunications and space. He recently earned a PhD in Diplomacy from the Geneva School of International Relations, in addition to an Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering with first-class honors from Khalifa University.

Dr. Nasser is currently pursuing a Master’s in Diplomatic Leadership at the Anwar Gargash Diplomatic Academy and is a certified trainer with the Emirates Trainers Association and a life coach. He is the author of “Reengineering Space and Telecommunications Diplomacy” and “Space Diplomacy – The UAE’s Pioneering Experience”.

He is also a body-language and physiognomy expert, and a professional negotiator certified by Germany’s Schranner Negotiation Institute for Crisis and Hostage Negotiations. In 2018, he was awarded the Silver Medal by the Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), in Dubai.
