Eduard Vasilj holds degrees in Political Science and International Law from Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, Germany, as well as in Political Science and Organization from the University of Zagreb, Croatia. He began his career advising governments and governmental organizations, and he has nearly two decades of senior executive experience across multinational corporations in the German-speaking region and in Eastern and Southern Europe.

As a board-level strategist and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he advises governments, governmental organizations, sovereign investors, and corporations on geoeconomic and geopolitical risk, investment security, governance, and strategic decision-making. His research interests include the Gulf region.

An internationally recognized author and expert in geoeconomics and geopolitics, he provides actionable guidance for high-stakes decisions at the intersection of strategy, security, and economic policy.
