Habib Tiliouine is Full Professor of Social Sciences at the University of Oran2 Mohamed Ben Ahmed, Algeria. His research focuses on quality of life in Islamic societies, well-being, child development, education, and policy reform. He co-edited The State of Social Progress of Islamic Societies: Social, Economic, Political, and Ideological Challenges (Springer Publishers, 2016) and the Handbook of Children’s Risk, Vulnerability, and Quality of Life (Springer Publishers, 2022). He collaborated with UNICEF and various international research institutions, and authored over 90 publications in English, Arabic, and French. His contributions earned him the 2015 Research Fellow Award of the International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies and the 2022 Scopus Award (Psychology). He has also been recognized as a Highly Ranked Scholar – Lifetime by ScholarGPS (2024).
