My name is Saqer Alshareef and I am currently the Director of the Training and Development Department at Trends Research and Advisory. I am passionate about helping organizations grow and develop through effective training and development programs.
In addition to my work at Trends, I am also proud to serve as the President of the Trends Youth Council. This role allows me to work closely with a team of talented young professionals, leading initiatives aimed at empowering and engaging youth in our community.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the United Arab Emirates University, where I gained a solid foundation in research, analysis, critical thinking, and communication. I am always eager to expand my knowledge and expertise, which is why I have also completed various professional development courses and certifications in the field of training and development.
Before my current roles, I had the honor of serving as the President of the Youth Council of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation from 2018-2020. During my time in this position, I was able to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people in our community, and I remain committed to promoting youth development and empowerment in all that I do
