Shamsa Al Qubaisi is Research Assistant at TRENDS Research and Advisory in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, graduating with a specialization in global conflicts, diplomacy, and the evolution of civilizations.
Shamsa brings a multidisciplinary perspective that bridges historical insight with contemporary strategic analysis, which she applies across the center’s research, publications, and media initiatives. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she plays an active role in public-facing programs including podcasts, panel discussions, and international conferences, helping to communicate complex topics in clear and engaging ways to diverse audiences.
Having participated in global conferences and field research, Shamsa is committed to advancing international relations through a focus on peacebuilding, ethical innovation, and responsible policymaking.
