As Head of the Conferences Section, she excelled in managing event logistics, crafting detailed programs with global partnerships. She organized prominent events with esteemed partners such as The Atlantic Council, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, among others. In her role as Head of the Institutional Training Department, Sharifa implemented effective training strategies and led a team of trainers to enhance organizational performance. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Head of the Advisory Sector, overseeing all scientific projects and providing strategic insights to clients.
