She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, an MBA in Strategic Management, and completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme. She has worked as a UN International Consultant and has led and contributed to international projects supporting local economic development, inclusive employment, and entrepreneurship.

Her professional background includes senior leadership roles in social investment, healthcare, education, and finance, as well as the design and management of acceleration programs for social entrepreneurs across multiple countries. She has a strong track record in building partnerships with government institutions, international organizations, and the private sector within CSR and ESG frameworks.

She previously founded and led WEIA, an international social impact organization, and is currently the Co-founder and CEO of the NGO Global Impact Alliance, based in Geneva.
