To Activate their Partnership .. TRENDS and the Russian Presidential Academy Launch Specialized Training Programs

As part of activating the agreement signed between TRENDS Research and Advisory and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), the TRENDS International Training Institute, in collaboration with the Academy, has announced the launch of a set of outstanding training programs. The programs, aim to enhance leadership and management capabilities, include two prominent programs on crisis management and leadership.

The programs were announced during a discussion session held on the occasion of a visit to TRENDS headquarters in Abu Dhabi by a delegation from RANEPA, led by Dr. Natalia Abramova, Dean of the School of Public Policy and Management, and accompanied by Dr. Amr Eldiib, Associate Professor at the Department of International Policy and Regional Studies, School of Political Research.

           

At the opening of the session, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research and Advisory, welcomed the delegation and underlined the importance of activating the existing partnership to boost the research and training efforts of both sides.

He added that the partnership with RANEPA is a strategic step aimed at promoting international collaboration in training and development, explaining that these new programs are designed to meet the requirements for addressing contemporary global challenges, with a focus on innovation and leadership.

           

Dr. Natalia Abramova said that the collaboration between RANEPA and the TRENDS International Training Institute reflects our commitment to developing the capabilities of individuals and organizations through innovative training programs. She expressed her confidence that this step will equip participants with advanced skills to tackle the complex challenges of today’s world.

Researcher Sultan Al-Rubaie, Director of the TRENDS International Training Institute, explained that the crisis management program will focus on rapid crisis response strategies, risk analysis, and sustainability planning. Meanwhile, the leadership program aims to foster creative and innovative thinking and develop pioneering leadership skills.

Al-Rubaie stressed that the joint programs with RANEPA aim to enhance the skills of participants in areas of planning and decision-making, enable leaders to deal with dynamic and changing work environments, and strengthen cooperation between international institutions in the field of education and training.

           

He concluded by emphasizing the importance of this initiative, saying that it reflects the shared commitment of both sides to building strategic partnerships that keep pace with global changes and contribute to sustainable development by producing leaders equipped with the skills needed for a more prosperous future.

TRENDS Research and Advisory awarded the delegation the TRENDS research medal in recognition of their role in supporting scientific research and TRENDS’ efforts in disseminating knowledge.
