Trends Research and Advisory shall participate in the 33rd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2024 from April 29 to May 5. This year’s edition will be held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) under the slogan ‘Where the World’s Tales Unfold’ Trends’ engagement at this year’s book fair, which attracts 1,350 publishers from 90 countries, emanates from the Center’s belief in the importance of disseminating knowledge, supporting the culture of scientific research, and enriching the Arab intellectual space with the latest publications and specialized studies. Huge Library Trends Pavilion No.  11I05 in the 10th Hall offers visitors the opportunity to explore a rich knowledge collection of hundreds of publications. They include original and translated books, and a series of in-depth studies in the fields of political Islam movements, technology and artificial intelligence, tolerance and coexistence, economic development, environment and sustainable development. Trends publications are a reliable reference for researchers, scholars and academics in the region and beyond, due to their objective analyses and credibility. Enriching Events Trends’ engagement a Abu Dhabi Book Fair 2024 includes a full program of events and panel discussions that address current issues, with the participation of a group of distinguished thinkers, researchers and media professionals. One of these events is a special seminar on the twelfth book of the Muslim Brotherhood Encyclopedia series entitled: “The Muslim Brotherhood: Rejection Tolerance and Exclusion of the Nonconformant”, which will be launched at the exhibition. Trends will organize a seminar and hold a launching ceremony for the book “Global Trends in Artificial Intelligence”, which explores the latest developments in artificial intelligence. Trends will hold a seminar on “Regional Cooperation as a gateway to Prosperity and Stability: The UAE and Egypt as a Model”, in the context of Egypt being awarded the guest of honour status in this year edition.   Smart companion in the knowledge journey Under the slogan “Foreseeing the Future Through Artificial Intelligence,” the Trends robot “Echo” will be present at the Trends Pavilion at the exhibition,  to explain and answer visitors’ queries about Trends publications and events. The pavilion will feature Trends’ Tara glasses, which allow virtual browsing of the center’s publications. The digital glasses, and Echo robot showcases Trends’ commitment to harness the latest technology for the dissemination of knowledge. Agreements and Initiatives Trends will sign a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding with various parties on the sidelines of its participation in the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair. These agreements shall enhance the Center’s partnerships and diversify its research content, advisory sources and training services to include the largest number of local institutions and regional entities locally, and global research centers. Interactive platforms Trends will offer its followers on social media platforms the opportunity to follow its activities at the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2024 directly, through comprehensive media coverage, including news bulletins and video footages.
