With a view to enhancing research and foresight cooperation, TRENDS Research & Advisory and STRATEGIECS Institute for Strategic Studies and Research held an expanded dialogue session in Amman, dedicated to exploring partnership paths on regional and international geopolitical and economic issues.

The session was chaired on the institution’s side by its Director General, His Excellency Hazem Al-Dmour, and on the Center’s side by Mr. Yazan Basheer. The two parties discussed mechanisms for establishing a qualitative partnership that combines STRATEGIECS’s local expertise with the global network and advanced research methodologies offered by TRENDS.

The dialogue addressed several vital topics following the recent cooperation agreement signed between the two sides. It considered the possibility of issuing joint forward-looking reports, organizing closed-door strategic dialogues with experts and decision-makers, implementing specialized research projects, and exchanging data and expertise to enhance the analytical capabilities of both parties.

Al-Dmour emphasized that this session marks the first step toward launching a strategic partnership capable of generating solid knowledge and providing practical insights into regional complexities.

Yazan Basheer stated that the collaboration combines the academic rigor and local understanding of STRATEGIECS’s researchers with the global analytical capabilities of TRENDS, thereby contributing to the production of high-quality research that meets international standards.
