The pavilion of TRENDS Research & Advisory, the Knowledge Partner of the Make-it-in-the-Emirates Forum and Exhibition, is witnessing remarkable engagement. It has attracted many visitors and exhibitors who have shown great interest in the TRENDS’ research content and knowledge initiatives, as well as its diverse fields of training and consultancy.

Through its pavilion at the forum, currently held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, TRENDS has presented an integrated knowledge platform that reflects its mission to support sustainable development. It showcased a number of its research publications addressing strategic issues in the economic and developmental arenas, in addition to its initiatives aimed at empowering national talents and developing Emirati research capabilities.

The pavilion was honored by Sheikh Khalifa bin Hasher Al Maktoum’s visit, who praised the advanced level of research produced by TRENDS, its continuous focus on national personnel, and its commitment to empowering young researchers to play an active role in shaping the future.

Reinforcing its role as a driver of innovation and research, TRENDS Research & Advisory announced that the second edition of the TRENDS Hub Award will embrace artificial intelligence’s (AI) prospects and integrate culture’s role in selecting the best research. These studies reflect global and technological developments and highlight the UAE’s pioneering role in this field.

The award is a prestigious platform to honor studies that contribute to advancing leadership in technology and research and demonstrate the ability to anticipate the future through investment in minds and knowledge.

Officials from TRENDS overseeing the pavilion affirmed that TRENDS’ participation in Make-it-in-the-Emirates supports the country’s vision to diversify the economy and enhance national industries based on innovation and knowledge.

They also expressed their aspiration to strengthen research partnerships with governmental and private institutions and offer intellectual and scientific solutions supporting strategic plans. The TRENDS pavilion continues to welcome visitors and is expected to do so throughout the forum until May 22.

It offers rich content and interactive sessions that shed light on current issues and best practices in research and development. This further reinforces its role as a leading research center aligned with the UAE’s future aspirations and is expected to result in the signing of several research partnership agreements with various entities.
