Trends Research and Advisory released a study entitled “Human security in light of fifth and sixth generation wars.” The study sheds light on the threats facing human security, and provides sound recommendations for achieving human security in light of these threats. The study was conducted by Dr. Ahmed Khamis Khalil Al-Janabi, Professor of Applied Media at the Higher Colleges of Technology, Abu Dhabi, The study focuses on the threats facing human security in light of fifth and sixth generation wars. The study indicates that fifth and sixth generation wars depend on the use of advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and electronic warfare, to change the behaviour of individuals, guide public opinion, and destabilize countries. The study emphasizes the importance of improving human security through international cooperation, enhancing individuals’ awareness of the dangers of fifth and sixth generation wars, and developing countries’ capabilities to confront these threats. The study presents a set of recommendations for achieving human security in light of fifth and sixth generation wars. The most important of these recommendations is enhancing international cooperation through the exchange of information and experiences, developing joint strategies to confront threats to human security, and promote awareness-raising through educational programs. The aim is to raise individuals’ awareness of the dangers of fifth and sixth generation wars, develop countries’ capabilities by investing in advanced technologies, and training human cadres to confront the new threats.
