Dr. Anna Pobol
Director for Cooperation with EU and EaP countries, The Scientific and Technological Association, Belarus
Dr. Anna Pobol is an expert in innovation policy and ecosystem development with a focus on digital innovations. She leads the ICT innovation stream in the regional EU program “EU4Digital: supporting the digital economy and society in the Eastern Partnership” for 6 Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. She is also the Director for Cooperation with EU and EaP countries at the Scientific and Technological Association (INFOPARK) in Belarus and Associate Professor at Belarusian State University. Dr. Pobol studied in Poland, Estonia, Germany, Austria, and France. She was involved in several international projects on digital transformation and innovation policy for the Eurasian Economic Commission, European Commission, World Bank, UNDP, UNECE, and policy-making authorities in Belarus.
