Dr. Hisham Al-Manaseer

Dr. Hisham Abdulmuti Ahmad Al-Manaseer works as a training expert at TRENDS Research and Advisory. He specializes in crisis, emergency, and disaster management; risk assessment; leadership and strategic planning; task management; problem-solving; communication and negotiation skills; and analytical and resilience skills. Dr. Al-Manaseer received Ph.D. in Political Science and International Relations from the Middle East University (Cyprus, Turkey) in 2022, a Master’s degree in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School (USA, California) in 2017, a Master’s degree in Military Studies from the Marine Corps University (USA, Virginia) in 2006, a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Military Science from Mutah University (Jordan) in 2004, a Diploma in Military Science from Mutah University (Jordan) in 1991, and a Bachelor’s in English Language and Literature from Mutah University (Jordan) in 1991) Dr. Al-Manaseer has an extensive experience and rich career, including his work as a consultant and expert at the UAE Federal Customs Authority (2019-2023), a trainer at the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College (2014-2019), a Deputy Commissioner for Ceasefire in Darfur, Sudan (2009), and an international observer in East Timor (2000); in addition to various leading positions he held in the Jordanian Armed Forces (1992-2018).
