Dr. Foroughi is a Freelance Consultant specializing in risk management, foreign aid, social, economic and political analysis with the geographic foci of post-Soviet Central Asia, Afghanistan, and Iran. He has in the past also worked for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (mission to Tajikistan) and was an Assistant Professor of Political Science and Public Administration with the American University of Afghanistan.
