Elena Karpinskaya

Elena Karpinskaya is the RIAC Deputy Director of Programs. She graduated from the MGIMO University. In 2009–2012 Elena was a junior researcher at the Center for Analytical Monitoring at the Institute of International Studies, MGIMO University. In 2010-2016 she was the program manager of the Non-Profit Organization “New Eurasia Foundation”. Elena is the author of articles and reports on the electronic internationalization of universities. Among her scientific interests are the internationalization of universities, international educational and scientific cooperation, marketing of higher education, the interaction of universities with business, technology transfer, the international examination of scientific projects and programs, public diplomacy.
