Elyazia Jasim AlHosani graduated from Zayed University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and Social Studies, specialized in International Affairs. Elyazia is the Head of the Media Communications Department at TRENDS Research & Advisory and the Deputy Head of the TRENDS Youth Council. Elyazia’s areas of interest are coexistence, social studies and social media. She recently participated as an official speaker in different global conferences, highlighting the importance of cultural diplomacy, promoting peace and the new Middle East. She was also the first female Emirati researcher to intern at the Moshe Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies at the Tel Aviv University, Israel. Elyazia has also published articles in different global outlets, such as, Alittihad, The Gulf News, The Khaleej Times and The Times of Israel. Her articles speak on different areas such as The New Arab Emirati Woman and The Emirati Perspective on the Abraham Accords, Sustainability and New Media.
