Eser Ozdil brings over fifteen years of business expertise to his role at Glocal Group Consulting, Investment & Trade. He advises top energy companies on public policy, government relations, commercial diplomacy, due diligence, strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, investment, and trade. From 2012 to 2020, Özdil was Secretary General at the Petroleum and Natural Gas Platform Association (PETFORM) in Ankara, Turkey. He chaired the ‘TR-Gas-Hub’ project, a three-year EU-funded initiative with the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET), and ICIS Heren. He also participated in the market consultation process and regulatory framework development for the gas market under EPİAŞ. Özdil has been involved in various international meetings, including those of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), European Union, World Bank, OECD, IEA, EFET, and IGU. Recently, Özdil joined the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), is a member of the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network and is a Non-Resident Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
