Laetitia Pozniak is Associate Professor in Finance at Warocqué School of Business and Economics, University of Mons. She teaches finance at both bachelor and master level. She also leads a seminar of qualitative methodology dedicated to PhD students (with Christophe Lejeune from ULiege). Her doctoral thesis was about unregulated market in Belgium. Her research interests are SME performance, CSR, banking management, CSR among banks, financial communication, extra-financial communication through ESG scores, investor behavior and grounded theory.
