Luke Easley is the vice president for HR and operations at CGD, overseeing the Center’s operations including human resources, finance, and administration. He has over fifteen years of experience in business and human resources operations, accounting and financial management, strategic workforce planning, compensation, and talent management. Easley is a Senior Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP), a member of the DC SHRM Chapter, and a member of the Think Tank Diversity Council. Luke also teaches SHRM-SCP certification preparation courses for local chapter members. He holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Colorado State University.
