Narmina Gasimova

Narmina Gasimova holds the Grants and Programs Director position at the Center for Economic and Social Development. She is engaged in the implementation of projects devoted to social and economic matters. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She studied the elements of macroeconomics and political economy along with the basics of political studies. At the same time, she performs as a researcher. The scope of her researches covers social and economic topics. Ms. Gasimova is serving at the Center for Economic and Social Development since 2019. She has studied the topics of diversification and monetary policies in CIS countries, produced some quarterly reports on the economy of Russia, annual reports on the budget of Azerbaijan, and assessed the impact of the oil crisis on the economies of resource-reach countries.
