Pietro Baldelli is a PhD Candidate at the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Perugia, Italy. He is also Researcher for the MENA desk at the Center for Geopolitical Studies “Geopolitica.info” in Rome. Previously, he was visiting research fellow at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research interest covers mainly IR theory, Strategic Studies and MENA politics, with a special focus on Israel foreign and defense policies, Israel-Arab states integration process and great power rivalry in the Middle East. His latest co-edited book is “From competition to integration in the MENA region. The impact of the Abraham Accords on the regional order” (in Italian).
