Zhenhai Cui

Zhenhai Cui is a Researcher at the ChongYang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University of China. Zhenhai received his Ph. D. in Weatherhead School from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Fordham University, New York, and the National Development R & D Center, Beijing University. He also received a Master’s Degree in software from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

An expert on macroeconomics, government policies, global governance, globalization, innovation design, sustainable development, corporate strategy, investment, and leadership, Zhenhai has devoted much of his teaching and research to challenges facing innovative national policies in the rapidly changing hyper-competitive conditions. He was a senior government consultant from 2016 to 2019 and served as Deputy President of South Institute of CCG.

Zhenhai wrote innovative technology development reports for Guangdong-Hong Kong in 2019. Between 2009 and 2019, he helped establish the Hong Kong Impact Investment Institute. In 2003, he founded the Software Innovation Center of Beijing University Post and Telecommunications in Beijing. Zhenhai’s current research focus is on establishing high-quality investment funds for innovation of Industry 4.0 and related global government policies.
