These are specialized courses and programs designed to provide trainees with new skills and knowledge in line with their own goals and needs.
1. Diplomatic Training (in partnership with the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations):
An accredited academic program aimed at providing participants with the skills and knowledge required for diplomatic work, including political analysis skills and evaluation of international affairs.
2. Political analysis program:
This program aims to enhance political analysis skills. It focuses on the components and stages of political analysis and how it contributes to the political vision. It also provides trainees with the necessary tools to become expert political analysts.
3. Specialized political negotiation program:
This program aims to enhance the skills of diplomats to help them perform their role more effectively both regionally and internationally.
4. Opinion polls and questionnaire design and analysis program:
This program provides trainees with the necessary skills to conduct opinion polls, which includes designing questionnaires, sampling, analyzing results, writing reports, and using poll results in papers and reports.
5. Crisis management and decision-making program:
This program introduces the different types of crises and elements of crisis management, as well as how to form response teams, deal with crises and mitigate their impacts. It also helps develop decision-making skills.
6. Strategic planning skills program:
This program provides trainees with the skills needed to develop strategic plans, assess the performance of institutions and organizations, and effectively address any shortcomings in their performance.
