Noor Suwwan holds a Masters in International Relations from the University of Wollongong, a Postgraduate Degree in Communications and Marketing from Middlesex University and a Bachelors of Engineering from J.U.S.T. She is an emerging young scholar, looking to forward a research agenda on what she terms ‘Cyber IR’, which explores how Cyberspace fundamentally alters International Relations. Her current sub-focus is on the concept of Twitter Diplomacy, which she attempts to further theoretical frameworks for, derived from experimental data from sampling the Arab Twittersphere.
